一、辦理住院流程

先經醫師診端需辦理住院，若診斷需安排當日住院，需至住院櫃檯辦理住院手續，填寫住院同意書、繳驗證件，即可至病房護理站報到。

若診斷無須安排當日住院，請於預約當日通知辦理住院事宜，至住院櫃檯辦理住院手續，填寫住院同意書、繳驗證件，即可至病房護理站報到。
