一、居家護理服務項目

(一) 一般身體檢查及評估，如:量血壓、心臟、肺臟聽診等。

(二) 更換管路，如：鼻胃管、尿管、氣切管、傷口換藥、代採檢體與藥物注射。

(三) 失智症居家治療，如:設計個別性治療計畫及增加生活動機減緩退化等。

(四) 居家環境安全評估及建議。

(五) 個案及家屬健康問題處理、指導及相關照護指導等。

(六) 社會資源介紹及轉介等。
