目的

  1. 建立學習組織的運作,推動科室學習效能,以促動組織成長
  2. 提供科室同仁持續教育之時間與空間,以加強專業知能,進而提昇工作效能
  3. 透過團隊學習增進人際互動與知識經驗之分享以達成教學相長

 

實施方式

  1. 院內自行研習
    • 每2個月一場次,透過小組會議或科務會議之辦理
    • 由各組長或資深同仁為種子講員
    • 課程規劃:
      1. 健保事務相關資訊宣達
      2. 專業議題研討
      3. 業務相關事項研討
      4. 禮儀規範宣達與訓練
  2. 院外研習
    • 運用學會研習新知,每人每年二十學分
    • 課程規劃暨研習時間依學會規劃而定
