專業人員訪視服務頻次表

呼吸器依賴患者採居家照護，由醫師、呼吸治療師、居家護理師及儀器工程師組成專業團隊定期訪視病人，提供在宅服務，包括醫療處置、照護指導、呼吸器設備維護等。

※服務對象：

1.病況穩定且須長期依賴呼吸器。

2.家裡有照護者可以照顧。

3.醫師評估可在家進行相關醫護措施及照顧。
