  • 無傳染病及精神病的慢性病個案。
  • 急性醫療出院仍有照護需求之個案，例如:中風復健、外科術後。
  • 慢性病或生活起居需他人照顧者，例如:中風、脊髓損傷等疾病，狀況穩定需後續照顧者 。
  • 需定期復健、洗腎需求之個案。
  • 生活自理需人陪伴之健康老人，老人長、短期安養、靜養。
  • 傷口照護、癌症末期患者 。
  • 日間照護、日夜照護、短期托顧、喘息服務。
