住院醫師訓練

目的

讓受訓醫師在臨床指導教師指導下學習各種常見、一般性疾病的診斷、治療與照護能力，從病人的照護中學習與病人、家屬及醫療團隊成員的溝通能力、重視醫療品質的改善與醫療資源的最佳運用，養成對專業的敬重與責任感，進而配合政府衛生政策，提供民眾周全性及持續性的全人照護。
