新人報到

  1. 一般新進人員：
    • 新進約用人員報到注意事項 (doc) (odt)

  2. 報到需知：
    • 錄取人員於報到當日向本院職業安全衛生室繳交體檢表，未繳交者視同放棄報到。但經本院審查不合格者(患有惡性傳染病，且有傳染之虜者)，不予錄取。無故逾期未報到者，視為放棄錄用資料。
    • 報到當日：
      • 於上午八點至新民院區C棟2樓人事室報到。(新民院區：宜蘭市新民路152號)
      • 請於上班日前七個工作日完成登錄本院網站填寫履歷表。
      • 請於報到上班日當日繳交體檢報告，如未能提具，則延後報到上班日。
      • 資料請於當天報到時帶齊，以免權益損失。
    • 如有報到相關問題，請電洽03-9325192分機73209(約用職缺承辦人-黃小姐)、73202(公職職缺承辦人-汪小姐)。
