青光眼：以雷射來貫穿虹膜促進眼內房水的前後房暢通。
次發性白內障：以雷射將位於水晶體後方的混濁囊袋切開，恢復水晶體後的清澈
雷射治療是一種趨近無痛的治療方式，患者只需點麻醉眼藥水即可，治療時間短無角膜傷口，不會影響日常生活。
