失智共同照護中心

記憶門診

由於失智症是一個冗長且不可逆的疾病，如此漫長的病程勢必會帶給患者及家屬相當的負擔及壓力，有感於此，本院特地成立記憶門診與失智症病友會，除了疾病醫療照護外並提供患者及照顧者疾病認識、疾病照護訓練及相關的社會資源連結，冀望能幫助更多宜蘭縣內失智症患者及家屬，給予失智症患者全方位的照護。
