一般體格檢查-服務項目及注意事項

  • 服務項目：
  1. 機車駕照體檢

  • 注意事項：
  1. 受檢者須自備照片2吋2張。
  2. 受檢者請至健康管理科，依掛號序就診，由醫師診察。
  3. 費用一律由受檢者自費，價格依檢驗項目不同。
  4. 一般體格檢查表（檢查項目不含抽血或驗尿）可當日取回。
  5. 若有抽血檢驗項目，需等待7-10日完成報告，特殊勞工體檢報告則須等待14日完成報告。
