吃得越少瘦得越多嗎?

             有的人1365天,天天都是減肥日,但不見得減到滿意的體重減到後面反而減肥變成是一句口頭禪明天再來減,永遠無法化為實際的行動。

     之前流行過的蘋果減肥法或是1天總熱量低於1000大卡的極低熱量減肥法,都是以減少吃的量來達到減重的方式,短期內體重可能有明顯的減少,但是人體長期處於低熱量的狀態下,大腦會以為現在發生了大饑荒食物短缺,為了維持身體的基本機能,會將基礎代謝率降低,所以雖然吃得少,但是身體消耗的更少,多餘的熱量馬上就轉變成脂肪儲存起來,根本就達不到減重的作用,反覆的使用這種減重方法減輕的重量會越來越少,復胖的機率越來越大,形成溜溜球效應,也打亂了身體代謝的機制。

    而且一天吃2餐往往在下一餐會有代償心理,覺得因為有一餐沒吃所以我這一餐可以多吃一點,通常在選擇食物上也會想說要對自己好一點而多吃了一些違禁品,像是含糖飲料,蛋糕甚至是零食,反而吃下去更多的熱量!不如規律的吃三餐,減少吃零食的機會,吃得飽又瘦得健康。
