有關媒體報導乳酸飲料中驗出防腐劑去水醋酸(致癌物質),民眾如何避免食入去水醋酸?

  1. 乳酸飲料室溫中容易變質,需要冷藏,保存不當會造成活菌死亡,有不肖業者添加去水醋酸作為防腐劑。依國家標準規定,乳酸菌等稀釋發酵乳不能添加去水醋酸,違者可依食品衛生管理法開罰。目前行政院衛生署僅公告限制去水醋酸使用於乾?、乳?、奶油及人造奶油,限?為0.5 g/kg以下。
  2. 去水醋酸被認為有危害是因為食入後可能會危害人體之肝、腎及神經系統,長期使用可能增加致癌風險。
  3. 散裝或來路不明之食品經常有標示不清,惡意遺漏添加物之標示,或甚至常宣稱”本品絕對不含防腐劑”但實際上不然,故消費者選購食品時應購買有信譽之產品,並對於產品之添加物種類詳加了解,對本身較有保障。
