　為落實健康平等，健保照護周全，健保署建置「全國偏鄉醫師人力需求平台」，以鼓勵全國醫師，進入偏鄉與醫療資源缺乏地區支援，紓緩人力短缺。本平台主要招募及鼓勵有意願之醫師至醫療資源相對不足的地區提供服務，促使全體保險對象都能獲得適當的醫療資源，歡迎有熱忱的您，共同投入。
