低鈉飲食原則

1.以均衡飲食為基礎,維持理想體重

2.選擇新鮮的材料,減少加工製品,:如新鮮的魚肉,不使用魚漿製品,像魚丸、甜不辣。

3.減少含鈉量高的調味品,例如鹽、醬油、味精、番茄醬等等。

4.生活中有些含鈉量較高卻不易被察覺的食品,包含:麵線、油麵、白吐司、運動飲料、甜鹹蜜餞、甜鹹餅乾、湯汁......等等,必須減少食用。

5.各類的罐頭及加工食品,在加工過程中,都添加鹽或含鈉的食品添加物,例如鹼、蘇打、發粉,必須減量攝取。

6.而含鈉量較高的蔬菜,例如紫菜、海帶、胡蘿蔔、芹菜等,不宜大量食用。

7.利用食物本身的味道來降低鹽分的攝取,如:香菇、紫菜、青椒、芹菜、蔥、薑、蒜、洋蔥

8.利用酸味來襯托鹹度,如:檸檬、醋、蕃茄、鳳梨、蘋果、優酪乳。

9.添加香辛料來代替含鈉的調味品,如:白糖、白醋、薑、花椒粒、八角、九層塔、香菜、肉桂、檸檬汁

10.烹調方式亦可採蒸、燉、烤等方式來保持食物的鮮味,增加可口性。

11.湯麵的湯不要全部喝完。

12.若要加調味料,沾食要比直接淋上食材好。
