2017年終成果發表會共同照護~不失記憶歡迎大家共襄盛舉

宜蘭縣失智共同照護中心

1、提供病友及照顧者相關醫療資訊，增進相關從業人員對失智症的了解、認識與資源的取得。

2、統合所有宜蘭縣失智症相關之資源，建立友善循環之大環境。

3、透過年終成果發表會，讓已辦理相關業務之醫療端與機構端，分享經驗與成果，互相進行經驗交流，為來年的活動辦理產生更多的火花，點燃更多熱點，進而推展成為失智照護網絡。
